Fruit Bread pondering...and better baguettes!

I've been thinking of concocting a sweet bread this week, similar to pannetone but a loaf bread with fruit cake mix and walnuts on top...still pondering.


Had some great comments on the olive bread last week.  Ya' know, I tried Panera's baguette and it is just TOO CHEWY for me.  I love going to Panera, but I believe I've been blessed with a better baguette.
