I had some of your bread with my dinner last night when I got back in. I'd made some black beans and rice for dinner, so I had a slice of the olive loaf with butter and one of the rolls. That bread was truly a highlight of my week. thanks again.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Love Thanksgiving!  Getting ready to go to my aunt's house even as I write.  Blue sky, white clouds, leaves falling, inviting...a beautiful day.
This year I have the pleasure of contributing to the dinner with my yeast rolls and looking forward to how they will compliment the turkey and dressing and sweet potato souffle...my mouth is watering thinking about it!..sopping up the gravy.  Oh, I've got to stop it now.

May all the wonderful blessings of God and the fruit of mother earth be upon your table and in your home today.  God bless your meal, your desserts, your pies, your family and friendships and conversations today!..and your napping, and your waking to do it all over again tonight.

What are you looking forward to today?

Give thanks with a grateful heart, and forget not His wonderul benefits to the sons of man.

Love to all, and love to hear from you.  Love, Karl

Breads to be displayed at Bake Sale!

Prison Ministries will be selling some of my breads tomorrow (Sun.) at Church in the Now.  If you are in the area, I believe the sale will be in the lobby from 9-10, and again after service probably 12:30-1:30.  There are usually some really awesome cakes there, too, and the cafe there is open before and after service.  Great place to relax and mingle.

Got Bread?

Got Bread?

You know you want to have some good rolls with that Thanksgiving dinner, right?  Sooo...?
I'll be delivering on Wednesday, k?  I don't want to hear ya' at the table saying, "nice, but I wish we had some better rolls."  Come on...how often do you have "THANKSGIVING?"

I enjoyed giving free samples to some of you this past weekend...I hope that you enjoyed the rolls.
They would go well with a Thanksgiving meal, so if you're interested in that please let me know something by that Tuesday noon, so I can have time to cook the bread orders and deliver them Wednesday. My suggestion: 1 1/2 or 2 dozen rolls, depending of course on the number of your family and how much they like fresh bread!

I'm currently looking at some holiday bread recipes, seeing if I can have more goods available for you to choose from and enjoy.

Thumbprint cookies with muscadine jam are available too.

This past weekend we shared communion at church and were reminded how we are all one body.
I'm thinking how all mankind is like one big lump of dough! God bless!
